The Winter Tee is not your average tee!

It’s a densely-knit, boatneck, cuffed sweater with crisp garter edge details. The pattern has no upper or lower size limits, it is completely customized using a few of your unique measurements.

It’s also reversible!

Pattern purchase includes PDF instructions and the accompanying spreadsheet.

Sizing Info: Like all of my patterns, The Winter Tee is size inclusive and has absolutely no upper or lower size limits. It’s custom-fit based on your unique measurements.

The pattern asks you to input 6 of your body measurements (in inches or centimeters) and then calculates the rest of the pattern from there! It can be knit to a cropped length, tunic length, and everywhere in between.

Gauge and Yarn information: A precise gauge of 24 stitches and 32 rows per 4 inches (or 10cm) with any worsted or aran weight yarn is critical for this pattern. Note that this will mean using smaller needles than are typically recommended with these mid-weight yarns. However, this tight gauge is what gives such a beautiful structure and warmth to the finished garment.

Non-superwash wool yarn is recommended.

Yardage Required: As so many pieces of this tee are customizable to your measurements, precise yardage recommendations are challenging to give. However, use the following as a guide. The amounts below are for a tee that is 15 inches from underarm to hem. Yardage for a gauge swatch is also included in the estimates below. For reference, the sample tees pictured are 11.5 and 15 inches in length.
